This condo has stunning mountain and wetland views. Guests love the Saturday night fireworks from a front row living room seat. Our unit has an upgraded king bed in the bedroom and an upgraded queen sleeper in the living room. It sleeps four people in comfort. Six people can sit at the dining room table if you have dinner guests. The in-room spa is a great way for two to relax.

RiverRun is the heart of Keystone and you have only a few steps to find Starbucks, restaurants, bars, shopping and of course the great family ski adventure that Keystone is famous for. The Gondola and Summit Express lift are an easy walk. You can enjoy the beaver pond's frequent wildlife visitors from ten feet away in the comfort of an easy chair or from Riverbank Lodge's upper and lower decks.

Great ski condo

David was very responsive to our questions and provided us with all the information we needed. The location is an easy walk to the gondola and restaurants. Had a gorgeous view from the living room. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice Cozy Place at a Great Location

The building is older lacking public amenities. However the apartment itself is very nice with everything you need. It has a very nice living room with a fireplace and comfortable couch and sofa chair. A great place to relax in the evening.Both the place and host were great. I would definitely stay again.

Great View of slopes

Average property. Decor is from the 80's. Our kids stayed 2 doors down in remodeled unit that was amazing. Owner was great to work with. Got in early and offered late check out. Parking was easy.

Fabulous location

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in Riverbank lodge. The location was an easy walk to the gondola and river run village. The unit was next to the laundry. It does need some TLC, but was clean and comfy. The full size fridge was a bonus as most other units this size have mini fridges. I would recommend this unit for your stay at keystone!

What a beautiful place to stay, overlooking the mountains and a short walk to the gondola

I would highly recommend this cute condo. Perfect for me and my 12 year old. Enough space for 4 people but just perfect for 2. Jacuzzi hot tub in the bathroom helped defrost us after being on the slopes all day. Minutes walk to the gondola and the village. Cheapest and best Ski rental is right next door to the condo. (We walked around and checked them all out). The views from the condo are outstanding, you can sit on the porch downstairs and watch the wildlife go by. The owner is very responsive and answered all our questions and always picked up the phone if we needed advise on restaurants and other activities. We definitely want to go back and had such an amazing experience ❤️

Everything ok, except that the cleanliness of the property was very bad. We told the owner, he tried to solve that problem but still then the service was disgusting (the bathroom, the kitchen, everything). It seems that cleaning is outsourced

Great economical stay

This is a smaller unit on the far edge of River Run in Keystone. It would appear to be one of the older buildings, but the unit does have some updates. The layout has some oddities, but it was perfectly functional and comfortable for 2 people. It may be able to accommodate more, but I would think that would be crowded unless it was with small children. It is not the nicest unit or the nicest building, but it is priced very appropriately. It is a short 2 minute walk to River Run and a 5 minute walk (approx) to the Gondola. Views out the window are very pretty as shown. For two people on a budget, I think this is an excellent property with a very nice property owner. If this is your situation, you will be happy in this property.

Riverview

Location was great for skiing River Run. The view was very nice. We watched geese outside our window. The unit was uniquely laid out and maybe a bit smaller than we anticipated. There was very little room in the bedroom because the king bed occupied pretty much all the space. The owner was great to work with.

Excellent location!

Walking distance to lifts and restaurants. Excellent parking and we took to free bus to Breck one day. The windows bring in the heat and the stairs are a challenge in ski gear. Overall we would recommend.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and me! It is so close to the gondola, had great views and everything you would need. The only thing we wanted to use but we couldn’t get to turn on was the fire place. Great location in River Run Village!

great location

parking situation was a little weird..if the lot was full we didn’t know where else to park location is perfect walking distance to and from the slopes and makes coming in for lunch easy! bed was firm, towels and everything was provided and more was available upon request. wifi had good connection throughout our stay! would recommend this to a group of 2 or 3 as 4 might be a little tight!

Feels like home

Amazing place. Everything is much better then on pictures. The view is magical, the bed in the bedroom very comfy so I didn’t go out. Don’t know why, but I loved the bathtub:) You can find everything you need in the kitchen. We’ve been an entire week here and I don’t want to go, because it feels like home. Thank you

Keystone is our favorite mountain for a family ski vacation. We love the night skiing, ice skating, the fireworks on Saturdays (where you and your guests have a front row seat from the comfort or your cozy living room), the bike trails and the festivals in the summer and fall.
