Everything has been thought of here: a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster), and a newly renovated living area. Here you’ll find a dining area, a sofa, a TV, a radio, and a balcony that gets morning sun. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available. The bedroom features a brand-new box-spring bed (160x200). The town of Westerland is, so to speak, right “around the corner.” There’s also a well-stocked supermarket and a bike rental shop in the area. In the building: a ground-level lift and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated). Well-behaved dogs are also welcome upon request. This apartment comes with a designated parking space in front of the building (No. 63). Welcome to Haus Ankerlicht, in the LEMONTREE apartment.
