Cosy apartment with access to a private-bathing area

Apartment Valentina is a budget accommodation in a residential area, just 250 m from the beautiful Lake Zell. Here you can swim in the best water quality, do all kinds of water sports and enjoy the spectacular landscape taking strolls around the lake.

The highlight of this accommodation is a private beach area on the lake, with a cozy little beach bar/restaurant, which may be used exclusively by the guests of this building.

The accommodation consists of two separate living units with separate entrances, which are not on the same floor and are not connected to each other.

(Ski) bus stop approx. 250 m from the house. The ski bus with free transport runs at regular intervals and takes you to the center of Zell am See and the cityXpress ski lift in just 5 minutes.

1-Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor consisting of:
- living-dining-area with a 2x sleeper couches and access onto a small balcony
- 1 bedroom with double-bed
- a small kitchenette
- bathroom with a small bath and stand-in shower
- separate toilet

Apt-2:
Separate attic room with a slanted roof which is 1.5 meters high at the lowest point. There is no window as such in this room but a roof hatch that can be opened. This room is located outside Apartment-1 and up the building's communal stairway on the first floor:
- Room with double bed, shower and toilet + some equipment to prepare small meals

Nette Ferienwohnung

Alles sauber. Check-in ist einfach. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Teilen. Das zweite Zimmer im ersten Stock hat eine sehr unbequeme und kleine Matratze. Für zwei Erwachsene nicht ausreichend. Die Couches sind ausziehbar. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung aber grenzt NICHT an der Wohnung an. Temperaturen auch im oberen Zimmer angenehm. ÖPNV-Ticket enthalten. Auto ist trotzdem sinnvoll.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war schön, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung im Bad und Flur. Überall herrschte eine schöne Sauberkeit. Was ich bemängel ist die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, die Luft dort ist furchtbar modrig, eine Belüftung war nicht möglich, bei dieser Luft kann man schlecht schlafen.

Ok, wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat

Die Verwaltung reagiert bei Anfragen schnell und freundlich. Der untere Teil der Wohnung ist (bis auf die winzige Küche, die die notwendigsten Utensilien enthält) modern eingerichtet. Der Balkon lädt allerdings nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein. Die obere Wohnung haben wir leider nicht nutzen können da einem beim Öffnen der Tür bereits ein so muffiger Geruch entgegen schlug, dass sie schlicht nicht nutzbar war, außer zwischendurch als zusätzliches Bad. Weiterhin war uns zwar bewusst, dass die Wohnungen separat sind, nicht jedoch dass man erst durch ein allgemeines Treppenhaus laufen muss, wo einem jederzeit andere Leute begegnen können. Leider sehr abgewohnt und muffiger Geruch

Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohlgefühlt, da die Wohnung muffig und das Zimmer im 1.Stock einen extremen Feuchtigkeitsgeruch hatte. Der Geruch erinnert an eine Gartenhütte nach einem feuchten Winter. Die Räumlichkeiten sind größtenteils sehr abgewohnt, bis auf das Schlafzimmer im EG.Bei Anreise hatte ein Leintuch und die notwendige Parkscheibe gefehlt, was sehr ärgerlich war, da eine Person auf der Couch eine Nacht auf einem Handtuch schlafen musste. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.

Das Apartment war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Leider waren die Matratzen schon sehr durchgelegen, so dass oft das Gefühl entstand, direkt auf dem Lattenrost zu liegen. Das zweite Apartment als zweites Schlafzimmer haben wir als Familie nicht genutzt, da es bei 30 Grad unterm Dach sehr warm und vor allem sehr unangenehm muffig war. Der Balkon ist leider sehr schmal, so dass kaum Platz zum Frühstücken ist. Die Lage zum Wasser war unschlagbar, wenige Minuten Fußweg und man ist am See. Das hat alles wett gemacht.

Wir haben uns leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt und sind bereits nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. - Terasse verdreckt. Definitiv kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. - Die "Gästetoilette" ist die einzige Toilette im EG. Im eigentlichen Badezimmer befindet sich keine Toilette. Dafür befindet sich in der Gästetoilette kein Waschbecken. Man fasst nach seinem Toilettengang zwei Türklingen an bevor man sich die Hände waschen kann. Unschön. - Temperaturen und Geruchsbild in der Kammer unter dem Dach, welche hier als Appartement 2 bezeichnet wird, waren ebenfalls alles andere als angenehm. - Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwar sehr nah am wirklich wunderschönen See, aber leider auch sehr nah am Landeplatz des Rettungshubschraubers, welcher mehrere Einsätze pro Nacht zu fliegen scheint. - Die Betten sind leider ziemlich klein und hart. - Es wird ein Parkausweis benötigt. Dieser sollte sich in der Wohnung befinden. Das tat er aber nicht. Nirgends. Auf Nachfrage was nun zu tun ist wurde lediglich gesagt, man solle genauer nachsehen. Äußerst unbefriedigend wenn überall Schilder stehen das Autos ohne Parkberechtigung abgeschleppt werden. Diese Umstände und einige weitere Kleinigkeiten haben uns daher dazu veranlasst unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung drastisch zu verkürzen und Alpen Appartements in Zukunft zu meiden.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne ruhige Lage, nur unweit vom See. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man so benötigt, der Kleiderschrank hatte die Türen etwas schief, bedingt durch ein Scharnier, wo eine Schraube fehlte. Hätte ich einen Schraubenzieher gehabt, hätte ich die Türe eben neu ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung ist aber absolut empfehlenswert.

Top Lage

Die Wohnung war super und die Lage top. Man geht über die Straße und ist direkt am See. Durch den Privaten Badebereich, den nur die Anwohner der Anlage nutzen dürfen, ist man auch ein wenig unter sich. Einziges Manko war das Doppelbett in der unteren Wohnung. Dieses sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Bett hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung massiv Geräusche gemacht. An Schlaf ist da kaum zu denken. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht direkt ins Wohnzimmer auf das Schlafsofa gewechselt.
