4th floor balcony view of Lake Maggiore was the draw, along with having an assigned parking space across the street. Good instructions for access to key, place was very clean, very spacious and well stocked for kitchen needs. About 0.8 km to waterfront restaurants, we walked it several times. No AC, could be warm during the day, but cooled off at night. We would stay there again.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the lake. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Dishwasher was challenging to use. It does the job, but needs to be attended.

Muralto visit

We stayed 3 nights at the apartment and found it spacious, well equipped and with a wonderful view from the balcony. The flat is conveniently located for trains, buses and food shops and only 10 minutes walk from the lake front. Communication with owner and host was easy and replies to questions received quickly. Only one suggestion - it was very hot while we were there and a second fan would have been perfect as then each bedroom could have had one to cool the rooms for sleeping. Overall we all very much enjoyed our stay.

Großzügige Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass der Inhaber die Wohnung auch selbst nutzt, denn es sind viele nützliche Dinge vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Tafel- und Kochgeschirr. Die zwei Toiletten sind auch sehr nützlich. Das WLAN funktioniert, ebenso der Fernseher. Am beeindruckendsten ist die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Locarno und den See. Man wohnt ziemlich zentral, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Uferpromenade oder zum Bahnhof, von dem aus man gleich in der Innenstadt von Locarno ist. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, auch die Kirchen in der Umgebung sind nachts nicht zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalterin war unkompliziert und hat super geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung Muralto

Wir reisten als Familie an, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder(beide 12 Jahre alt). Unser Urlaub war in der Zeit vom 13.-23.08.2023. Es waren wunderschöne Tage im Tessin und am Lago Maggiore. Die Zeit in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung haben wir genossen, wie in unserem eigenen Zuhause. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, tolle komplette Ausstattung in allen Bereichen. Vor allem sehr sauber! Auch der gesamte Reiseablauf von Buchung bis Wohnungsübergabe und Check-out, einfach reibungslos. So macht Urlaub Spaß!!

Wunderschön!

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und bietet mehr als üblich. Da wir an einem Samstagabend angekommen sind und nicht mehr einkaufen konnten, haben wir uns über diverse Lebensmittel sehr gefreut (Vieles vorhanden: z.B. Kaffee, Tee, Nudeln, Olivenöl, Balsamico). Der Blick vom Balkon ist Erholung pur. ÖPNV fast vor der Tür, Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und haben das Auto nicht vermisst. Die Wochenkarte für die Nutzung von Bus und Bahn erschließt die ganze Region. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit Katia vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfreich. Herzlichen Dank und sehr gerne wieder!
