Lichtblick - arrive, take a breath, enjoy

Welcome to the "Lichtblick" holiday flat! This airy attic flat in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a dreamy domicile for your holiday in the mountains. Located in the heart of the Bavarian Alps, the flat offers breathtaking panoramic views surrounded by skilfully simple, modern style and comfort in a central location for up to 5 people.

A bright, open living room not only brings in plenty of daylight via large windows, but also the surrounding mountain peaks directly into the flat, so to speak. A comfortable living area with comfortable sofas invites you to sit together under large skylights, which steal the show with their view of the flat-screen TV, which of course must not be missing. In addition, a cosy divan offers a snug retreat for reading and putting your feet up, or can serve as an additional sleeping accommodation if required. A large dining table invites you to eat together.

The fully equipped kitchen island shines in a simple, modern design and offers an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker as well as all other common utensils needed for a successful cooking evening.

The two bedrooms are cosy and furnished with comfortable double beds and offer enough storage space for your clothes and luggage in large wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom with a ground-level shower and a bathtub. Another bathroom is adjacent to the living area and also has a ground-level shower.

From the two balconies you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and can enjoy the fresh air and the sun to the fullest.

To keep your car safe in all weathers, the flat has its own underground parking space. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use your own washing machine and dryer. In addition, you have your own ski room with boot heating, so that you can start your skiing trip dry and warm.

The flat Lichtblick is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families. In the immediate vicinity, you can take advantage of the rich wellness and spa offer at the aja Hotel (not included in the price) without having to forego the benefits of your holiday flat.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche samt Geschirr und Gläsern ist sehr gut im Vergleich zu manchen anderen Ferienwohnungen. Sehr erfreulich für uns, war die Flexibilität und Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams und das zur Verfügung stellen eines 2. Parkplatzes, sowie späterer Abreise. Wir haben die Unterkunft um 12.10 verlassen.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (Dachgeschoss). Sie ist sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet aufgrund großzügiger Dachfenster und einer bodentiefen Fensterfront. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama. Auch die Tiefgarage bietet viel Platz sowohl in der Einfahrt als auch auf der Parkfläche. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie gerne wieder mieten.

Erreichbarkeit per Mail oder Telefon verlief ohne Probleme und zeitnah. Gute Leistung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können zu diesem Zeitpunkt das Team vor Ort und die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Tiefgarage hat ausreichend Platz und gut befahrbar.

Jeden Tag, wenn wir nach einem ausgiebigen Tag auf den Skipisten durch die Tür kamen, schlug uns die wohlige Atmosphäre der Wohnung und der grandiose Ausblick entgegen. Den Spa gegenüber hat man mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht gehört. Es war eine ideale Wohnung für unseren Winterurlaub.

Wir waren 12 Nächte im Appartement. Für unsere Bedürfnisse (Skiurlaub) war es perfekt - dicht zum Bahnhof, zur Einkaufsstraße und zur Gondel. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation zur Verwaltung war einfach und Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Da mein Zug etwas Verspätung hatte konnte ich erst nach 17 Uhr am Appartement eintreffen; hier war man bereit auf mich zu warten, wofür ich nochmals Danke sage. Das Appartement ist wie auf den Fotos. Daher zähle ich hier nicht nochmals die Ausstattung auf. An Tagen, wo wir nicht auf der Piste waren, haben wir den Aufenthalt im Appartement genossen. Man kann sich sehr wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Betten sind auch bequem. Ich habe bereits für den nächsten Skiurlaub gebucht - das sagt wohl alles :-)

Die Wohnung ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein echter „Lichtblick“. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sowohl die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung als auch die Lage der Wohnung sind wirklich fantastisch - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wer morgens gerne lange und mit offenem Fenster schläft, sollte Ohrstöpsel wegen des Hotelpools nebenan parat haben und wissen, dass sich eines der beiden Schlafzimmer nicht vollständig abdunkeln lässt. (Jalousien am oberen Teil der Fenster könnten helfen.) Der Kontakt zum Anbieter verlief reibungslos. Alles war super organisiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eine super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles hoch mordern und sauber. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt hätte ich, ich würde das Anbringen von Fliegengittern an den Fenstern empfehlen, gerade an heißen Tagen wird es im Dachgeschoss schon sehr warm das man alle Fenster öffnen muss um die Wohnung runter zu kühlen. Da wären Fliegengitter toll gewesen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!
