Your Space
The thoughtfully designed three-level layout provides plenty of room to relax together while still offering privacy when needed. The main living area is located on the second floor and features large windows that frame the Gulf, comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and direct access to a private beachfront balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, breakfast bar with seating for two, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area seats five, making it easy to gather after a day on the beach.

One of the highlights of this townhome is the outdoor living space. Step onto your private balcony with comfortable outdoor furnishings and take in uninterrupted Gulf views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. On the ground level, you'll find a private garage stocked with a refrigerator for beach-day refreshments, a washer and dryer, and four complimentary beach chairs to make your time on the sand even more enjoyable.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
