A fantastic villa In La Font Deh Carros. Set at the foot of beautiful mountains and lush Green orange groves and just 10 mins by car to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva,Piles,Gandia. Just 10 mins from the main AP7 motorway makes the villa perfect for those that want to go exploring.
The detached villa is set in lush Mediterranean gardens and its own orange grove. This large detached villa is split into 2 levels, I occupy the ground floor and & the top floor is for rental. Both villas are totally private with separate entrances. During your stay we give you full privacy at the pool and in the garden. I am on hand if there is anything you need or advice on places to eat ect.
The villa has 1 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom, shower room +WC, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. large sunny lounge dinning room with fantastic views and an open fire place for those winter evenings. TV with video access,FREE WIFI, Large private terrace with outside table for eating and enjoying the views. The fantastic garden is dominated by 12 seater stone table, the perfect place to relax or make the most of the outside kitchen & BBQ area. In hot dry months BBQ with wood or carbon is not allowed, we supply a gas BBQ for these times. There is also a Paella ring and gas burner. Large 8 x 10 private pool with a large terrace and very private. There is also a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The pool is gated so small children can not gain access to it alone. Pool is closed after dark.

There will be a security deposit of 100€ Payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned on day of departure if no breakages.

The accommodation was great, and I would like to highlight our owner. She gave us a very warm welcome, which was a real treat! The garden is perfect for relaxing and you just feel at home there. I would love to come back, and I can highly recommend this villa.

Private, spacious and well equipped villa with a secluded pool and loungers and friendly hosts. Located on edge of a small quiet town.Entertainment provided from the nearby football pitch with both young and older players. Beautiful uncrowded sandy beeches nearby. We had a peaceful enjoyable and relaxing stay which passed all too quickly.

Lovely chilled break

Beautiful place to stay, we all loved it. Heather the host was so friendly and helpful, water and sangria waiting for us arriving. Easy to contact when we needed to ask anything. The scenery is breath taking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Traditional spanish villa with private pool

Out family had a lovely time at the villa. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a little cold, but we visited in November so to be expected. It didn't put us off going in.

Hi my name's Heather and I've lived in the beautiful village of La Font Den Carros for 20 years. I'm originally from London but swapped the stressful life in the UK for a more relaxed life style in Spain.
I'm an English teacher in Valencia and love my job. Myself and my partner are both out at work all day. Although we live downstairs, we give you full private use of the pool and the gardens. We can be around if you need anything, from advice on the best places to visit or eat to things a little bit more serious like visiting a Dr or helping out with hire cars or general things where you may need a Spanish speaker.

Why they chose this property

The area the villa sits in is outstanding, we are only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the village but it feels like we're in the middle of the countryside.
The Plana is a very family oriented area and has great sports facilities that can be enjoyed by guests.
The villa is fully gated so extremely safe and very private.
