The space is designed for restful nights, remote work, in-unit workouts, and cozy evenings in. The updated kitchen includes filtered water, an ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker, rice maker, cookware, dishware, BBQ utensils, and everyday essentials. Guests can also enjoy plush rugs, cozy textures, a Bluetooth speaker, and pet-friendly comfort for well-behaved pets.



The property is fully fenced, tucked away, and a bit secluded while still being just minutes from downtown Seattle. It offers a rare mix of quiet retreat-style comfort, nature, and easy city access.



Guests have private access to Upstairs Unit A only. Outdoor spaces and amenities are shared with the downstairs unit, including the spacious sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, barbecue grill, outdoor lounge areas, and parking area. You may see other guests outside during your stay.



One of the best features of the property is the large shared sauna with a picture window and peaceful tree-filled views. Sauna robes are provided, along with a bucket and ladle for steam and an essential oil diffuser for a spa-style experience.



Free off-street parking is available. The driveway is a little hidden and secluded, but spacious once inside. Please park in the gravel area in front of the yard fence, and do not park in the neighbor’s driveway or parking area.



Please note that Unit A is upstairs and accessed by stairs. Access to the downstairs unit is not included. This property is not suitable for parties or events.
