With around 200 m² of living space, it comfortably hosts 8 guests and features a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, dryer, cot, and high chair. The highlight is the private outdoor area with a large lawn, ideal for children and adults to play and run.



The approx. 40 m² pool has an outdoor shower and garden views, plus comfortable sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. Enjoy family meals at the terrace table, prepare food on the barbecue, and savor a glass of wine. Unwind in the hammock on the covered terrace or read a book and soak up the sun on the open terrace.



Parking is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. This property shares a wall with the neighboring "Can Siurell," so you may occasionally hear other guests. Air conditioning is available in all 4 bedrooms and the living/dining room. For colder months, there is a heat pump. The fireplace cannot be used.
