Simon was an excellent host. He responded to any questions or concerns we had in a very timely manner. The check in and check out process was clear and concise and easy to follow. The property exceeded our expectations and the location was near everything we needed to visit. I would highly recommend Simon and this property to anyone traveling to Tampa for business or pleasure. If I just had to make any suggestions I would recommend putting a couple of laundry baskets in the laundry room and ask your cleaning/maintenance staff to spray WD40 on the doors so you want hear everytime someone moves around in the house. That being said you can't go wrong with this property. We would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing, entertaining, and comfortable environment!
