Just a two-minute walk from the fine sandy beach, set back from the street and surrounded by greenery, stands Casa Nova, which was built in 2003 in the Tuscan style. The Mediterranean flair has been carefully adapted to the surrounding architecture. Typical features here include the gently sloping roof, windows that are sometimes grouped together, shutters, and the recessed split-level floor, which provides space for large, sunny terraces facing southwest.
All holiday apartments are spacious and bright, feature a balcony or terrace, and come with an underground parking space. Depending on their size, they can accommodate 2–4 people. Bicycles can be stored in a storage room.

COZY, LIGHT-FILLED 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH TERRACE
Welcome to Holiday Apartment No. 11 at Villa Casa Nova. This lovingly and modernly furnished 3-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Since the apartment is at ground level, it is ideal for people with limited mobility. With 54 square metres of living space, 2 to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here. You’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a south-facing terrace with a garden area. The living area features Mediterranean-style tiles and underfloor heating, while the bedrooms are equipped with designer wood-look flooring and radiators.

The lovingly and modernly furnished living area features a cosy corner sofa with an ottoman (for stretching out), a portable Bluetooth internet radio, and a 4K Samsung Frame TV with a karaoke system (requires at least an iPhone 15) and various free games such as Pac-Man, Tetris, etc. An electric fireplace (heating function deactivated) with various flame effects invites you to enjoy cosy evenings on the sofa on cold days. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. 

A modern open-concept kitchenette was newly installed in 2024 and is fully equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 3-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust vent to the outside, a combination oven with an integrated microwave and grill function, and a spacious refrigerator at a comfortable standing height with a freezer compartment. A Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

The partially covered terrace, featuring 4 chairs and a table where you can unwind at the end of the day, is accessible from the living room and faces south. Adjacent to the terrace is an approximately 100-square-meter private garden area with a small lawn and trees, as well as a separate gravel area that features two comfortable sun loungers with a side table from May through September. A patio umbrella with a portable stand ensures you always have a shady spot on particularly hot days. Two real-fur throws can be used for the outdoor seating on colder days.

In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The second bedroom features an adult bunk bed, which is suitable for people weighing up to 120 kg and offers more headroom. From the bottom bunk, you can relax and watch TV on a flat-screen TV. There is a chest of drawers here for storing your holiday wardrobe. Curtains are installed on the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms to provide privacy and block out light.

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2024 and is an oasis of well-being, modern and beautifully appointed with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A towel warmer ensures your towels stay cosy and warm. A hair dryer and ample storage space for your bathroom essentials round out the beautiful bathroom furnishings.

SPECIAL FEATURES
We ask for your understanding that smoking is permitted only on the terrace, as this is a non-smoking apartment. A small, well-behaved dog (shoulder height of max. 35 cm) is welcome in this holiday rental. Please notify us of your beloved pet well in advance of your arrival.
