A particular highlight is the sunny, spacious balcony facing southwest; here you can enjoy the sun and the mild climate of the Baltic Sea well into the evening. The apartment features its own infrared sauna!

The Location
The Weiße Villen enjoy a uniquely central yet quiet location in the second row off Ostseeallee. This modern, light-filled apartment is on the second floor of Building 1, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is right at your doorstep—just 200 metres away lies Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier, the park, and the promenade are just a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as great recreational activities, day-trip destinations, and playgrounds for children. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This high-quality, barrier-free, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, freezer, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, blender, and egg cooker.
The adjoining, cosy living-dining area features a large SMART TV (50 inches), a Bluetooth speaker, board games, and books. From here, you have access to the large balcony with scenic views, furnished with patio furniture and a lounge chair. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the soothing seaside climate of the nearby Baltic Sea in a private setting.
Two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a SMART TV (43 inches), and a wardrobe. The third bedroom features a fold-out bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can accommodate a fifth person. A cot can be set up in the bedrooms for a fee. A high chair is available in the apartment.
Both stylish bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. Another highlight of the apartment: The larger bathroom features an infrared sauna! It’s the perfect place to relax. The apartment has blackout pleated blinds in all rooms.

Each house in the Weiße Villen complex has a separate bike shed where you can store your bikes, protected from the weather. The respective charging station for e-bikes is also located there.

You’ll find the reception desk in the adjoining café “Up Wiek,” which features a terrace, free Wi-Fi, and its own children’s playground. This ensures a relaxed arrival. Here, we serve a variety of speciality coffees and teas, homemade cakes, and snacks.
