Es ist eine wunderschöne, sehr moderne Wohnung. Ich finde es super, dass sie 2 Badezimmer hat. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich topp. Das sie in 2. Reihe an der Ostseeallee liegt, ist sogar eher ein Vorteil, da es dadurch,trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig ist.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr schöner Ausstattung! Wir haben das Zimmer für die fünfte Person (80) gebraucht. Leider lässt sich die Zimmerür bei ausgeklapptem Bett nicht richtig öffnen beziehungsweise, nicht richtig schließen. Das ist unser Minuspunkt! (Der Eigentümer müsste die Tür umbauen lassen) Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzten! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

NICHT gefallen: Überlaute und rücksichtslose Mieter der über "unserer" Wohnung liegenden Wohnung 11. Eine Gruppe jüngerer Bewohner, die sich ungezügelt musikalisch und überlaut auf der Dachterrasse ausgetobt haben.
