• PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles per HOA regulations. All vehicles must display a parking pass and may need to be moved every 24 hours during snow events.

No smoking anywhere within Kingswood Village.

Wildlife is common in the area. Bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other wildlife may occasionally be seen on or around the property. As with many mountain homes, mice or bats may occasionally be present.

Stairs are required to access portions of the home.



• HOA: This property is located within Kingswood Village HOA. During your stay, all HOA rules and regulations must be followed. This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and multiple living spaces.



Both bedrooms are located on the main entry level. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with access to a private balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. A second full bathroom with a shower, along with the washer and dryer, are conveniently located on the lower level.



Upstairs, you'll find an inviting open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The galley-style kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy to gather with family and friends. The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, access to the upper deck, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.



Just off the living room is a cozy alcove featuring a pull-out sleeper chair, along with another full bathroom for added convenience.



Community amenities include a seasonal swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, par course, clubhouse with a full kitchen, and a year-round exercise room.
