About this property

This Villas tri-level condo has a terrific location inside the condo complex as well as being just one mile from Tahoe City, close to beaches and ski resorts. You can walk or ride bike into town on the paved bike trail in the summer and Skylandia Beach is three blocks away. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood ski resorts are about a 15-20 minute drive away, and Northstar is about 25 minutes.

The open floor plan has high ceilings, big windows and a gas fireplace. The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you need to make your family meals while on vacation.

The lowest floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a half bath, laundry area, and a full bathroom. The middle floor features kitchen, dining and living room area with access to the outdoor deck. Sofa in living room is also a queen sleeper. The upper floor loft features two twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

The complex has a pool and tennis courts in the summer, and a year round sauna in the clubhouse. And, for all those pickleball fans, the complex now has a nice court to use.

Other things to Note:
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated parking spots for the condo unit
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place to stay in Tahoe

Great location in Tahoe City. Very clean and lots of room. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a very quiet atmosphere.

Location/Price are good but needs updating and repairs

Great location for Tahoe City but the unit is very dated, and in a bit of disrepair. Furnishings and appliances are ancient and the dryer has a permanent sticker on it that it's "out of order".

Quiet but close to town!

This condo is a great location but it’s also in a quiet development. Easy walk or bike ride to town or to the lake. Condo is well appointed with anything you need!
