Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden 800 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (28 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 01. Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 17.2 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, rocky beach 2.5 km. Surf school 10 km, tennis 18 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m.

Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. No heating option. Traumhaft ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit

Ein hervorragend ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage mit viel Privatsphäre, besonders am Pool. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Caretaker mit Obst, Wein und Kuchen. Zwei Küchen, umfangreiche Ausstattung (Geschirr, Handtücher, Grundvorräte). Großzügiger Wohnbereich, schöner Außenbereich mit Sommerküche, Grillkamin und Weinkeller. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2,5 km. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus rundum genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Caretakern Mihaela und Michael empfangen – mit einem Obstkorb, einer Flasche Wein und einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Die beiden waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig inmitten der Natur, mit herrlicher Aussicht und absoluter Privatsphäre – besonders der Poolbereich ist kaum einsehbar. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen.Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung: Zwei Küchen (eine innen, eine außen), zwei Geschirrspüler, Küchenmaschinen, viel Geschirr und Besteck für acht Personen, reichlich weiße Handtücher sowie Duschgel und Shampoo – es fehlte an nichts. Selbst eine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Zucker, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenrolle und Toilettenpapier war bei unserer Ankunft bereits vorhanden – sehr angenehm!Ein weiteres Highlight war der Außenbereich mit überdachter Sommerküche, großem Grillkamin und einem kleinen Weinkeller. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig geschnitten, sodass sich auch größere Gruppen nicht beengt fühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort, nur etwa 2,5 km entfernt.Fazit: Ein perfekt ausgestattetes, liebevoll betreutes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
