Why they chose this property

We loved the cottage’s quiet setting and its incredibly convenient location. Tucked into Middletown, Pennsylvania, it’s close to Harrisburg International Airport and an easy drive to Hershey, Harrisburg, and many of Central Pennsylvania’s attractions.

What we especially love is that after a day of traveling, exploring, attending an event, or visiting family, you can come back to a little cottage with a yard, a front porch, and space to settle in.

It feels tucked away without feeling far away.

This little Cape Cod has a personality all its own.

We thoughtfully designed each space to feel warm, collected, and comfortable—from the wood ceilings and cheerful front door to the cozy bedrooms, individually controlled heating and cooling, and inviting places to gather.

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a queen convertible sofa, a full kitchen, laundry, outdoor space, and room for up to eight guests, the cottage works beautifully for families and groups.
