Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 6.4 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 600 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Ground floor is closed and not occupied.

Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
