"Sea breeze Baabe". The beach house is located on the Baaber dune directly behind the dunes. With high quality fittings and practical details you can feel totally at home on vacation.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity costs (0.35 EUR per kWh), gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed linen, towels and firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - is charged.

Large windows allow plenty of natural light. Floor - gas central heating and fireplace provide in winter for a "feel-good climate". Washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, the kitchen is fully equipped. Cable TV, HD - ready flat screen TV, DVD, CD, I - Pod docking station, free Internet access - everything that makes everyday life so enjoyable is available. Three bedrooms - two upstairs (one with additional LCD - TV) and one on the ground floor can accommodate 6 people. On the gallery is a cozy sofa bed. There is room for two more people. A further shower room upstairs completes the "luxury" from. In the basement you will find an open kitchen with large table for eight people, a cozy living room with fireplace and a spa with jacuzzi, shower and sauna. Outside there is a large terrace with table, chairs, two sun loungers and umbrellas.

The cottage sea breeze is just 200 meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea. The beach is wide, sandy and offers level access to the water, so that the kids can swim unconcerned. In the place you go Baabe 3 minute walk. There you will find many pretty little shops, restaurants and cafes. Here you can discover something new every day. In the evening, spa hot tub and sauna - quiet to "dangle" to let your body and your soul once properly. Combined with the healthy, maritime stimulating climate of the island and our lavishly allergy-friendly house, you have the opportunity to leave stress and bustle at home here.

As the Baabe seaside resort, located in a shallow bay, benefits from a low-pollutant climate, clean sea air and mild moderate winds, the natural conditions for allergy sufferers are absolutely ideal.
Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer a smoke- and pet-free accommodation with carpet floors or short pile free floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

The terrace is facing south south east, we find a sunny spot in summer breakfast as well as the cozy reading in the afternoon. In winter you can sit with a good book and a cup of tea in the gallery, enjoy the view of the snow-covered pines, or finish the day with a good glass of red wine in front of the fireplace.
