Wonderful apartment and fantastic location

Our host was excellent with fast and helpful communications. The apartment's beautiful backyard was great for our dog and there's a treed park just a 5-minute walk away. The location was great, close to all the attractions, wonderful restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 30 Minuten fußläufig von der Messe Essen, weswegen ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden hatte.Vorab wurde ich von Hiltrud netterweise schon mit ganz vielen Infos zur Anreise und der Umgebung versorgt.Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung in die Wohnung war unkompliziert und kompetent.In der Wohnung selber war alles vorhanden wie angegeben.Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber ganz gut ausgestattet.Somit war das Frühstückmachen gut möglich.Essen konnte man dann mit Blick auf den Garten und die umherschwirrenden Vögel.Das Schrankbett hat eher eine härtere Unterlage, die Schlafcouch ist etwas weicher.Für drei Personen ist die Wohnung ganz gut dimensioniert.Manches ist vielleicht nicht mehr ganz aktueller Wohnstandard (z.B. Heißwasserboiler in der Küche zum Erhitzen des Spülwassers), funktioniert aber trotzdem.Alles in allem hat mir der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und ich kann die Wohnung und die Vermieterin weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gemütlich und ruhig

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Besonders toll ist die zentrale Lage, aber dennoch sehr ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Eine schöne Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück draußen ein.
