Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location near the harbour—pure relaxation! The 120 m² apartment, which sleeps up to 8 people (8th person in a rollaway bed for an additional fee) and 1 toddler (in a cot), is located on the right side of the upper floor of the house at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 16b and spans 2 floors.

This beautiful apartment features a spacious living room with an adjoining open kitchen, two bedrooms each sleeping two people, one large bedroom with a living area on the upper floor sleeping three people, two bathrooms with showers, and a south-facing balcony.

The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished and features a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. Free Wi-Fi is available.

A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy, warm atmosphere on cooler days.

You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.

The open kitchen, which adjoins the living room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. There is plenty of dishware, silverware, paper towels, kitchen utensils, and a high chair for the little ones. Please bring your own tea towels, dish soap, and paper towels; one dishwasher tablet is provided to get you started.

The dining area by a panoramic window offers a magnificent view across meadows and fields to the Burger Binnensee and the marina.

Each of the two lower bedrooms has a 180x200 cm double bed; one bedroom also has a cot. One bedroom is additionally equipped with a 66 cm flat-screen TV.

The 38 m² attic apartment consists of a large living/bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living-bedroom area features a 180x200 cm double bed, a 90x200 cm single bed, and a comfortably furnished sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a CD player with radio.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use; please bring your own detergent if needed.

From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony with a view of the Burger Binnensee and the marina. Here, garden furniture and a parasol allow you to spend relaxing hours. You’re also welcome to use the garden, where a grill is available.

Each apartment comes with a parking space on the property. Guests also have access to a covered bike rack.


The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure you’ll never be bored and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.

Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that falls within the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. Our holiday home at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 16 is located on the edge of a quiet residential area. The house offers a magnificent view across meadows and fields to the Burger Binnensee and the marina.

You can reach the Burgstaaken harbour on foot in about 10 minutes, passing by typical lakeside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor.Am At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand
