Something we made sure to do is make sure this home also has wheelchair accessibility, step free entrance with a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

Turn off all air conditioning and all fans. This includes the built in wall fans. Please turn off all lights
Please make sure grills are off and cleaned. Alson make sure the gas propane is off.
Make sure dishes are cleaned and put away
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use outside shower for beach clothes and items rising. No pets, there will be a pet fine. Please follow posted rules signs for the pool and yard
Turn off A/C units when out of the house to prevent moisture buildup
