With our holiday apartments at Haus Meeresblick, you’ll have a prime spot by the sea! Haus Meeresblick was newly built in 2000, modelled on the old spa house in Kühlungsborn. It is located right on the beach promenade and offers direct, traffic-free access to the sea. The building’s architecture combines turn-of-the-century design elements with the modern comforts of today. Two glass lifts take you through the vast, landscaped, glass-roofed atrium to your apartment.

Did you spill something on your favourite outfit, or perhaps you didn’t bring enough extra clothes? No problem: In a separate laundry room in the basement, you’ll find a coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for your use. A spacious bike storage room is available for bicycles.

YOUR PERSONAL FRONT-ROW SEAT BY THE SEA

Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment No. 1.18 in the Meeresblick building. This cosy two-room holiday apartment, approximately 50 square metres in size, is located on the west side of the Meeresblick building on the ground floor and is ideal for two people. The apartment offers all the comforts that the discerning guest expects for a relaxing holiday. You’ll be greeted by a friendly, open living and dining area featuring a leather sofa, a recliner, a 43-inch QLED flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, DAB+/Internet radio, and more. For those rare rainy days, several DVDs and a collection of games are available. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances you’ll need for your “perfect dinner”: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-burner hob, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, milk frother, electric kettle, toaster, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished west-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent side view across the beach promenade towards the Baltic Sea. From here, you can wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The bedroom, which faces the house’s landscaped atrium, features a double bed (1.60 m), a wardrobe, and a 32-inch TV. In addition, you can sleep very comfortably on the modern and sturdy leather sleeper sofa (with a full-length Bultex mattress). The modern bathroom is functionally furnished with a walk-in shower, a solid oak vanity, a toilet, a large mirror, and a hair dryer.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linen package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.

As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in a separate laundry room in the basement of the Meeresblick building. A spacious bicycle storage room is available for bicycles.

PARKING

The apartment includes an underground parking space with space number 44. This is a double-parking system (standard configuration with a space width of 2.30 m, upper platform). Cars taller than 1.50 m and estate cars may not be parked on the upper platform. Please ensure that your car does not exceed the following dimensions:

Lowered cars and cars with front spoilers may only be parked at the driver’s own risk.

You can easily reach your apartment from the underground car park via a glass passenger lift and through the beautifully landscaped, light-filled atrium.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
