There are also 4 nicely equipped bathrooms as well as one separate toilet at the guests’ disposal. Villa Lorena has three large terraces which are ideal for sun-bathing. The rooftop terrace has been branded as "Heaven for all senses" since it offers an unrestricted 360 degrees panoramic view over the crystal-clear and sparkling Adriatic Sea as well as of the picturesque and lively town of Novigrad.

Thanks to its location in the city centre, villa Lorena is minutes away from local shops, restaurants and bars. Novigrad is located on the Western coast of Istria, two kilometres north from the mouth of the river Mirna and about 20 km south from the borders with Slovenia and Italy. Not only does the town boast rich cultural heritage and preserved natural beauty, but it is also an architectural jewel filled with astonishing historical sites. One example of the rich history of Novigrad are the famous city walls that have embraced and protected the town for centuries.

Novigrad is also one of the top Istrian gourmet destinations.
