Our 1-bed/1-bath condo is perfect for a couple, and is located in Kamaole Beach Royale Resort. Located on the 6th floor, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Maui mountains and Hawaiian islands.

You will be just steps away from one of the best beaches on Maui and will be in short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from the lanai (patio) as well as from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ocean views include the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanaii - and the beautiful West Maui Mountains. Enjoy whale watching (in season) right from your lanai! The bedroom has a view of Mount Haleakala.

The unit was completely remodeled in 2012. The kitchen includes wood cabinets, granite countertops, and all new appliances. The bathroom features granite countertop, travertine shower, and two shower heads: Rainshower, and hand-held sprayer.

The condo comes fully equipped, and includes free wired and wireless high-speed (70meg) internet service. (This is NOT 'hotel service' internet with separate login screen every time you go online.) Our unit also features keyless entry, so no more worrying about keys! Hotel-style in-room safe.

* Especially for those summer months, we have air conditioning that puts cool air directly into the bedroom, in addition to the living areas. (That makes us special on Maui since many condo's only have a window air conditioner in the living room.) Now you can enjoy the balmy island breeze during the day, and sleep comfortably at night!

NO PETS. All units are rented as Transient Accomodations and not for residency

Guest is responsible for all taxes at time of check-in. If local or State taxes change between booking/payment and check-in, we reserve the right to modify Taxes due, and collect (or refund) additional taxes as appropriate.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location couldn’t have been any better and we ate breakfast outside, admiring the view each morning. The owner was attentive and quick to reply to communications. We found that there were plenty of amenities included in the condo that made the stay easy. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. We’d highly recommend staying here if you are interested in Kīhei.

The condo was sparkling clean and stocked with everything we needed throughout our month's stay. It is located on an upper floor of the Kamaole Beach Royale, which gave us an unobstructed view of the ocean, the south end of Kamaole Beach I, whales and sunsets from the lanai. There are a variety of restuarants within several blocks, as well as a small grocery store and a convenience store. Kamaole Beach I and park are just a half block's walk. Driving access to the Piilani Highway is easy for reaching the airport and visits to Wailia as well as other areas on the island. Anita and Jim were excellent hosts. We rented in this condo in February 2026.

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn't have picked better hosts or location to stay! Kam 1 Beach is steps away, the view from the lanai is amazing and snorkeling at Charlie Young is very good. Convenient access to restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, grocery stores, and South Maui Gardens. We drove the West Maui Loop, Road to Hana and went up to Haleakala Summit for a sunset; recommend all. Also, visited several beaches and the Wailea Boardwalk. The condo was well stocked and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. Anita was excellent at communicating and we talked on the phone a couple times before our visit, which was helpful. Don't hesitate, book #607 at Kamaole Beach Royale for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great! Anita was very personable, calling and emailing us before our trip to help us feel welcome and prepared. The condo was CLEAN, set up well with anything we might need, and in a great location.We visited several other parts of the island, and each time we commented on how happy we were with our great accommodations and location.A highlight was having our meals on the lanai. For most meals, we chose to bring food "home" to eat rather than eat at the restaurant.From the lanai, we saw whales breaching. While swimming across the street at Kamaole 1, we saw turtles swim by.It was also great to be in an area where we could shop!Free parking was another bonus!Thank you, Anita! The condo felt like home! It’s very clean, has all the creature comforts of home, comfy king-sized bed, great water pressure in shower, incredibly clean BBQ grill on the rooftop, and very breezy. You don’t even need the AC, but when you do it works great! And the view is stunning! You’ll end up spending a lot of time on the lanai! I’ve stayed at my share of vacation homes and never have I been more satisfied! I will be back!

Amazing Ocean View condo

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and as advertised. Location was perfect. Balcony views facing the ocean was by far the best part. My family and I enjoyed watching the whales every morning and evening. Highly recommend and will likely book back again.
