The villa is fully air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 8 people and has sea views from one bedroom and a terrace on the upper floor. The first floor of the villa is modernly furnished: Living room with sofa, armchair, table and TV. The romantic fireplace is located near the living room in the dining room, where there is a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds, including 3 private bathrooms with showers. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Its additional features are hydromassage, hydro-air bench and lighting, which creates a special atmosphere in the evening. You can sunbathe and relax on the 6 sunbeds and on the terrace there is an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. Other facilities in the One Way Villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as two separate toilets. If children come with you, a food dispenser is available. By prior arrangement, there is a possibility to enjoy massages. There are two parking spaces in the yard and the same number outside. The villa has a charger for electric cars and a fixed mooring for boats up to 15 m, which is 3 km from the building. The villa is fully fenced and has a beautifully landscaped green garden and a garden full of different types of plants and trees. Children will enjoy plenty of space for playing and entertainment. Other entertainment options for children and adults include darts, table tennis, slide, trampoline, PlayStation, swings, badminton, digital TV and SUP. The beaches in Banjole are pebbly and rocky, and since the pine forest reaches the sea, you will always find a shady spot.
