Located in a quiet neighborhood. Only 25 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and 30 minutes to Sanibel Island. Cape Coral has great restaurants, a water park, and located a short drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club beach.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If pool fence was removed, replace and secure properly prior to leaving. And be sure hot tub heat is turned OFF.
Remove all garbage and empty trash cans. Bring garbage bin to road for pick up Sunday evening, and bring it back to the house after pickup on Monday.
Gather all used pool towels and start load in washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool safety is your responsibility, children must be supervised. We recommend use of pool safety fence.
We love keeping our floors cozy and clean, so we kindly ask that everyone remove shoes upon entering the home.
