-Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and multiple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, sponge, filtered water, dishwashing pods, paper towels, basic spices, and cooking spray
- Coffee essentials: K cups/Keurig, creamer, drip coffee pot, sweetener, tea and a kettle are provided. We ask that you bring your own coffee grounds if you would like drip coffee.
- Laundry essentials: laundry detergent and steamer,
- Traveling with kids? We have a Pack 'n Play at the listing available upon request. But we ask that you bring your own sheet for the Pack 'n Play.

The condo at Lily's Landing is AMAZING in every way! I have traveled extensively and have stayed in luxury hotels, resorts, and short-term rentals. But, THIS property is perfection!The location is convenient to UTK and downtown. We were there for a Shinedown concert, and could've walked or rented a scooter to the venue (we opted for an Uber because we are 50 and it was July). Old Town is literally steps away, and plenty of restaurants open after midnight. The condo has everything you need, including stuff that you didn't know you needed! Jace is the rare host who pays attention to the "little things that matter". Each bedroom had a sound machine on a nightstand, along with disposable earplugs! We didn't hear any noise from the festivities in Old Town, but providing them was a nice touch. The mattresses were the absolute MOST COMFORTABLE slices of heaven that we've ever experienced! I'm not exaggerating. It was the BEST night's sleep that I've had since before I embarked on this hellish journey called perimenopause! No ambien and melatonin needed for a full 8 hours of slumber! Jace - please, please send me the name of the mattress brand! Two full-sized bathrooms were fully equipped with everything that two high-maintenance women needed. The water pressure in the shower was great! None of that trickling nonsense! The towels were fluffy and soft - not the threadbare cheap crap provided by most hotels. Even the rugs were luxurious!! My expectations were greatly exceeded!!!
