Great setup for two families - 4 adults, 5 kids. Kitchen has what we needed. Showers had great water pressure. Comfortable mattresses. We would gladly stay again.

David and I have lived in Carlsbad all our lives. We like going on cruises, and camping, and just enjoying time with our family. This is our first house to rent out. I hope you enjoy staying here and making memories.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it is a 5-minute walk to our Lake Carlsbad recreation Park, it has the Peco river running through it, and you can rent paddle boats, Swim in the river or come during the Christmas season and take a riverboat ride down to see all the Christmas lights along the river !
