This beautiful three bedroom three bath house is all new construction. That means all new furniture also. And appliances, and well everything. Streaming tv, washer dryer, and complete with an everything you need coffee nook.

Complete with a keypad entry, an alarm system, a small fenced back yard, this house is ready for your long term stay. There is no mail receipt at this location.

Centrally located in Carlsbad you are just 5 blocks from the main arterial street that leads to 62-180 and 285. There is no mail receipt at this location.

All of our listings are for thirty one days or more, so the extended stay discount is already built into our nightly rate. Please be advised at all properties maintenance crews, in home cleaning crews, and pest control arrive regularly. Occasionally there are schedule changes beyond our control and they may arrive spontaneously.
