Nice home in a family neighborhood

Property Information

 Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME. A $50 per hr. fee will be charged for late check outs. Housekeeping must have adequate time to clean and prepare the home for incoming guests. Please be considerate of their time.

 No smoking inside the house. An ash tray for cigarette butts is located on the patio table in the back yard.


 Only pets that are potty trained are welcome in the house. We love our fur babies, but we want to respect our home as well. Please do not allow your pets to do their business in our home. Please do not allow pets on any of the furniture.

 No parties. We do not want to rent an event center. Extra fees will be charged if there is evidence of a party and/or damages or use beyond what we would expect the number of registered guests.


 Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. We have furnished the house with the expectation of only 5 guests. The property owner may stop by at any time to ensure that guests are abiding by this rule. Additional guests will be charged a fee per person through Airbnb/VRBO or you will be asked to find accommodations elsewhere.

 In case of property emergency or other issues (water or electrical issues, broken windows, building safety concerns) please call us!


 The home is not child proofed. If you’d like to bring a baby gate or other items, you are welcome to do so.

 Quiet time begins at 10:00pm. Please respect other guests and residents in the neighborhood. In the event of a disturbance, police will be called first as instructed by the neighbors.


 The house parking includes the driveway, and street parking directly in front of the house. We ask that you use only the designated parking. Please make sure you lock your vehicles and do not leave items in the back of your truck. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 Please do not leave trash outside the property. It attracts skunks, cats and other unwanted guests.

Property has a fenced yard, front yard, grill area. It is centrally located. Washer and dryer are on site. Each bedroom has its own chargers. There are three televisions and streaming is available. Wifi is included. All utilities paid.

All of our listings are for thirty days or more, so the extended stay discount is already built into our nightly rate. There is no mail receipt at this location. Please be advised at all properties maintenance crews, in home cleaning crews, and pest control arrive regularly. Occasionally there are schedule changes beyond our control and they may arrive spontaneously.
