Beautiful exclusive country property for executive housing

Hi! Thanks for clicking on our listing! If you are looking for a place to stay while on business or coming to check out the Carlsbad Caverns, this is the house to stay at! We are super flexible with your traveling schedule and try to accommodate each of our guests. We make the check in process is super easy, no need for keys these days, we have a key less entry set up.

Due to the uniqueness of this property and the expense of remodeling there can be no occupants under the age of 21.

Not many grapes present but beautiful grapevines cover the exterior.

This property is less then 2 minutes from Christmas in the Pecos. Purchase tickets online!

The property is located in a very nice, yet private neighborhood. It is about 30 minutes from the Carlsbad Caverns.

The property is a 3 bed, 2 bath home with a pull out couch. Beautiful hardwood floors through-out with carpet in the bedrooms. Central forced air & furnace. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with all kitchen items you may need. Thursday evening or early Friday morning the trash bin must be taken to the front curb.

Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, clean bedding, and charging stations for your electronic devices. The living room has a flat screen TV with a firestick, a DVD player, family board and card games, as well as a comfy pet bed.
Sunlight in the summer filters in through grape vine covered windows.

The master bedroom has a California king size bed with a walk in closet, dresser, TV with fire stick, and full size mirror. The master bathroom is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub and shower combo. Jet tub is operable as a tub only.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, full length mirror, and dresser.

Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and dresser.

The second bathroom is located in the middle of the other two bedrooms. It is a bathtub and shower combo.

The backyard is fenced in. On the side of the house, there is a shared outdoor kitchen/grill with a patio furniture.


All people in the house must be listed BY NAME on the reservation request. Anyone in the house not listed will be grounds for cancelling the reservation. There is no mail receipt at this location. Please be advised at all properties maintenance crews, in home cleaning crews, and pest control arrive regularly. Due to the heat in the summer months there are crews that water the lawn area every other morning. Occasionally there are schedule changes beyond our control and they may arrive spontaneously.

Fully fenced backyard is suitable for dogs.
