Escape to a peaceful tiny home in Nicholson, just 10 minutes from Golden. This unique retreat offers beautiful mountain views, a private hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washer/dryer combo.

The sleeping area includes one king bed and one double bed. The space is most comfortable for two adults and up to two children aged six or older. Four adults may find the home quite compact.

Guests can relax outside, enjoy the surrounding scenery, or gather around the fire pit. Firewood may be available for an additional cost. The property is also pet-friendly.
