Very clean and modern with all the necessities including seasonings in the kitchen. Great location to many nearby popular cities and towns. Easy parking off street. Wonderful place to stay and would easily come back to stay again!

It was a very nice property. Centrally located where you could walk or drive without any issues to get to all of the local restaurants and shops. Just a short drive to the ocean. We went to Crane Beach. It is very family friendly and so was the property.

The vacility seemed to be brand new! So clean and new I was afraid to use it! Easy walking distance to the center of town. Advice for the owner: prospective renters need to be aware of the steep and narrow stairs; the unit is on the second floor and I was able to manage it but some elderly friends and family of mine would not be able to. Wish I had instructions for the new window air conditioners which have many controls. Kitchen was very complete, I felt very welcome. The Boston "T" station located so close was a surprise. I discovered it was easier to walk to nearby historic sites than trying to drive. Winding streets with lots of traffic and no traffic lights! I was also surprised that other historic towns nearby were such a short drive away. I spent a week and never used up even a half tank of gas! Many historic sites are closed Monday and Tuesday.
