Single-family house "Milena". In the hamlet Celići 2 km from the centre of Barban, 15 km from the centre of Labin, 20 km from the centre of Rabac, 7 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and plants. Private: property 350 m2. Barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, rocky beach 7 km. Marina 20 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
2-room house 50 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed.
