Holiday Apartment 12 is a 4-room apartment on the ground floor, with approximately 90.00 m² of living space, and is ideal for 2 adults with children. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in Apartment 12.

The small bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m.
The large bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m.
The living room, 31 m², is furnished with a seating area that includes a pull-out bed (1.40 m x 2.0 m), a flat-screen TV, and a CD radio. Kitchen, 10 m², with a dining table for 4–6 people, a built-in kitchen featuring a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, dishes, and a radio. Hallway (2 m²) and bathroom (8 m²) with toilet and walk-in shower. For groups of more than 4 people, there are 2 sleeping accommodation in the living room.
The 6 m² balcony faces west. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and has barrier-free access.



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The holiday apartments offer a very beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach the Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town centre is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
