Mobilehome with air conditioning, terrace and pool

The detached mobile home is practically furnished. The property is located on a campsite on the outskirts of the town. The following are available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. To use certain services such as entertainment, beach shuttle and pools, you must purchase a wristband for the entire stay at a price of €2.50 per person (from 3 years of age). A deposit of €5.00 is required at check-in for the magnetic car park card.

Only electric barbecues may be used.

Your mobile home
Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

Holiday resort
National category 3 stars, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket and launderette. In the campsite’s restaurant-pizzeria you can enjoy Italian specialities; takeaway is also available. You will also find a bar, an artisanal ice cream parlour and a well-stocked supermarket at your disposal. A bazaar, a tobacconist’s and a newsstand complete the offer. The services are available from approximately the end of March until approximately mid-September.

The campsite offers you a free Wi-Fi area (only in the campsite’s communal areas), coin-operated washing machines and a car washing service.

Location
Marina di Bibbona. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on a garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. Just a few steps from the centre of Marina di Bibbona, the campsite offers you an oasis of relaxation in the midst of a lush pine forest – ideal if you wish to spend a holiday dedicated to nature and the sea. The family-friendly complex combines comfort and entertainment for an unforgettable stay on the beautiful Etruscan Coast. Access is via a side road (tarmacked). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. At check-in, a deposit of €5.00 is required for the magnetic parking card.

A parking space for one car is available to you outside the campsite. Loading and unloading is permitted approximately 200 m from the mobile home.

You can park a second car for €6.00 per day; for motorbikes the fee is €3.00 per day.

Cars and mopeds may only drive on the site at the following times: 10:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:30.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. The campsite has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, both equipped with sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability). The pool area, depending on weather conditions, is open from early May to late September from 09:30 to 19:00 and offers the opportunity every day to cool off and have fun in the water. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis. Animation for children. To make every moment a special experience, the campsite offers a rich daytime and evening entertainment programme for children and adults. The children's club (mid-June to the end of August) keeps the little ones busy with games and creative workshops, while the football pitch, volleyball court, table tennis table and games room provide sporting activities.

allowed, EUR 8.00/pet per day.

Distances
Shopping 850 m, restaurant 600 m, town centre 950 m. In summer: Ligurian Sea 600 m in Marina di Bibbona (beach 600 m in Marina di Bibbona with sand). Just 600 metres from the campsite there is a beautiful sandy beach with both free and equipped areas. You can relax under parasols and on sun loungers (for a fee), which you can conveniently book through reception. You can reach the beach through the pine forest or by shuttle service. A beach bar offers refreshments on sunny days.
