This two bedroom apartment was at a very good location with almost anything you could think of within walking distance. Pier Park was less than a 10 minute drive and the walk to the beach is right across the street. Very clean and tidy. We were allowed to keep our poodle, although there was no mention of creating the animal, we have always kept our pets in a crate when we were not with them in the room. The hosts were excellent, and the communication was perfect as they got right back to us with any issues that we had. The only downside is the balcony is in need of a fresh coat of paint and that this location is right next to a biker bar, which had a different band playing every night. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to get away and sleep, you could be awakened by music and loud pipes throughout the night! The amenities were in good condition with the exception of the beach chairs. If you’re a fairly large person you might want to consider bringing your own chairs. All in all it was a good place for a nice week away from the hustle and bustle of life. We do like rock music and enjoyed the fact that there is a bar right next door.
