Everything was great! The host was very responsive and helpful with accommodating any needs we had! The room was clean & cozy. It was also private and felt safe. They were willing to let two of our friends stay if needed as well (on an air mattress of course), despite the space being made more for only 2 guests, which was very helpful for us. We stayed for a UT football game, & it was about a 10-15 min drive !

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it feels like home. It’s peaceful, friendly, and close to our favorite local spots. We often take walks at Adair Park, grab coffee around Knoxville, and enjoy having downtown just minutes away. We wanted to create a space where guests could experience Knoxville the way we do—comfortably, conveniently, and with a local’s perspective.

What makes our property unique is that it’s a private guest suite we built ourselves inside our 1900 home, complete with its own private entrance and dedicated parking. We’ve designed the space to be comfortable, functional, and welcoming, with a kitchenette, coffee station, and thoughtful amenities for both short and extended stays.

One of our favorite features is the spacious shared yard. Whether you’re traveling with your dog, enjoying your morning coffee on the porch, or unwinding after a day of exploring Knoxville, there’s plenty of room to relax outdoors. We also provide yard games for guests who want to enjoy the space even more.

Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen because we want our guests to feel at home, not just like they’re staying in another rental.
