Stay comfortably in a newly renovated 1-bedroom cottage near Spicewood and only 35 minutes from downtown Austin. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the cozy living room offers two sofa beds, perfect for extra guests. Guests enjoy a large bathroom with a refreshing shower. Climate control keeps the space enjoyable year-round with heating and AC. If you want to stay up late playing games and telling stories and still be first out on the lake the next morning for boating or skiing, this property has it at arms reach. We have a 2 person Kayak and large lilly pad for your enjoyment. The boat ramp is right next to the property. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this cottage provides a perfect retreat to make those memories. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

This is our 3rd lakehouse to bring as a short term rental. The first on Lake Travis. We have this property fully renovated and with new furnishings.

Why they chose this property

This cottage sits on a large lot and is very quiet at night. Plenty of room to park, play and chill. Enjoy the trees, the breeze from the lake. 35 minutes from downtown Austin music scene and nightlife, 45 minutes from the International airport and about 15 minutes from the groceries and hill country galleria shopping center. The closest marina is Briar Cliff and it is about a mile away by boat. Food, Fuel and Rentals available.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is not the largest of homes but it is nice and cozy, just as close to the water as you can get. Nature, wildlife and memories to be made.
