Location, location location!!! This place was block away from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets real close by. It was very spacious enough for our family of 7. We really enjoyed it.

The location is really convenient. Walking distance to the beach and 2 mins away from the grocery. Considering this is a pet-friendly house, one suggestion is to change all the carpet to a laminate floor. Also, the mattress for the main bedroom is really old. It is not comfortable and will make noise when you roll over on the bed.

Pros: House was clean and well air conditioned. Loved that we were steps from the beach. Best feature! Access to an outdoor hose and shower helped to keep things clean and fresh. Large newer washer and dryer. Had issues with the screen door, and maintenance was prompt to fix it. Linens were also not provided for the sofa bed, but once reported, they were delivered promptly. Cons: primary bed has to be replaced NOW. I saw comments about this, so I was prepped, but I had no idea how bad it would be. Sleep was terrible. Husband contemplated sleeping on the floor. Furniture (indoors and out) is weathered and tired. Outdoors for sure should be replaced.

Perfect accommodations.

Walls could use a washing and painting.Kitchen’s ok but a Kurig coffee maker would be nice. We brought our own. Front storm door had 2 of 4 hinges that needed screwed to the frame to make it easier to open. 10 digit lock code took awhile to figure out.Last place I rented only used a 4 digit code. Housekeeping people were knocking on the door at 9:50AM to get in.

Great little spot

Great little spot. Was an easy walk to the beach. Conveniently located so that you could drive anywhere. House was clean. Bring a few extra blankets the only ones there are on the beds.

Nice and quiet

This property was great for a long weekend stay while we were in town for a sports tournament. The area is calm with little traffic, but still just a short drive to major attractions (less than 15 minutes). It was great to have some space to spread out versus staying in a resort condo, and not having to park in a tight garage. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Firstly I just want to say this was the most affordable house to rent with two dogs. Everything about it's location was perfect. You can walk to the beach in minutes and same for any bars or restaurants as well. I will be keeping this place saved for future trips! Thanks again for the awesome stay.

We enjoyed the short walk to so many places. The beach 2 blocks away and a nice little pet yard unfenced. We appreciate the amenities andthe outdoor shower. The best part was each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower.

Great time in Myrtle Beach and good location.

The location of the condo was great. It had walk-able access to restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach. The closets beach access was closed, but the next one was not a far walk. For those taking pets there is plenty of walk-able side walks, there is grass in the front lawn at the location and grass in the back of the condo. For those going to the Boardwalk or Broadway at the beach it is just a short drive to those location.

I very much loved the property it is in steps of alot of stuff to do. Im just sorry we had to give it up 2 days ahead of check out time.but we really enjoyed our stay.
