In the middle of vineyards, you’ll find this 3,000 m² plot, with an authentic stone house that has been lovingly restored and a pool, for 6-8 persons.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, TV, Wifi and sitting area, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed 1.60 m. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with 2 beds, each 1x2m, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, 2 toilets.
The nearest ocean beaches in Hourtin are within 15-20 minutes by car, Valeyrac 1.5 km and Lesparre 10km.

Idyllisches Altes Bauernhaus mit Potential für tollen Gemeinschaftsurlaub

Bei Ankunft leider sehr schmutzig, insbesondere Küche eklig, Puhl musste erst aufgefüllt und mit Chlor versorgt werden, bevor man ihn benutzen konnte, dann aber sehr schön, tolle gemeinschaftliche Abendessen an der langen Tisch unter dem Baum in der Sonne
