Whether you're a golfer, a football fan, or a Cactus League enthusiast, this three-bedroom condo makes the perfect home base in Glendale. Enjoy a wonderful location only three miles from State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals) and the spring training fields of Camelback Ranch (home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox).

This condo sits on the garden level of the Desert Breeze Villas, the grounds of which include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sundeck, a grilling and picnic area, and a fitness center. In this spot on Indian School Road in Glendale, you'll be 13 miles west of downtown Phoenix with easy access to the 101 and 10 freeways.

Begin each morning with a fresh mug of coffee outside on your shaded patio. There's even a bistro table outside if you're in the mood for an alfresco breakfast.

Inside, the condo centers around the open living room, where you'll find soft sofas, a cable TV with streaming capability, and a Blu-ray player for movie nights. Prepare homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, sit down to enjoy them at the dining room table for six (with a high chair as well), and toss the day's laundry in the washer/dryer before heading off to bed. Great spring break trip

Great location!

The location of the property as well as the set up of the unit worked perfect for us! Karen was a great host, answering all of our questions and provided all kinds of special extras. The heated pool topped it all off!

Very well equipped condo, had everything we needed to stay for a full week and even prepare some sides for our offsite family gathering. Great place!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and it felt like home. They stocked the cabinets with everything you would need and not want to buy for a short trip. They were very nice people. The gym, pool and spa were great as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A very nice complex & condominium. It is located close to grocery, banking, pharmacy, etc.

A long great stay

We were there for two months. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed by the owner same day. The location and property exceeded our expectations. We will be returning. I can’t say enough good things about the owner.

Spring Training / Golf Getaway

Stayed for 14 days for some golfing and Spring Training baseball games. The villa was clean and in nice shape. Karen was easy to work with and even called to see how our stay went. The villa is very convenient to spring training facilities and golf courses. The villa complex had a nice pool/spa and workout room. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to catch some spring training baseball.

Great Location!

We were pleased with our stay at Desert Breeze. Getting to the airport was smooth. We used this location as our base camp for two or three trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Always a pleasure

This is our fourth time staying at Desert Breeze but our first at this property. We are never disappointed with any choice that we have made while here. Karen was very gracious and accommodating. Great COVid winter escape

Karen was so helpful & a great communicator. Condo was very clean & spacious. Nice to have 2 bathrooms & a kitchen! Plus condiments to use. And shampoo and soap. Lacked nothing. Quiet community & we had the very warm pool & hot tub to ourselves most days. We would return!

Great Condo in a Quiet Complex

This is a very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated 3 bedroom condo. Everything was in great shape and worked well. We especially enjoyed the well-maintained pool and the spa. The complex was clean and quiet with security gate access. I believe we were one of the first travelers as Karen has just recently started renting her property. She sent out all the necessary information in a timely manner and was very accommodating when I requested an extra day. Highly recommended!
