This beautiful villa Loverka is located in a rural setting on the edge of the lovely village of Krnica and only 3 km from the beach. The villa is very comfortable and flooded with lots of light. It is fully equipped and offers a pleasant atmosphere.

Two bedrooms are spread across the upper floor, while the third opens directly onto the inviting private pool area - a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The attractive covered veranda has a built-in barbecue and large dining table, providing the perfect place for enjoyable al fresco dining. Another lounge area is on the upper terrace with probably the best view. With the magnificent view over the idyllic landscape with the crystal blue sea as a backdrop, a relaxing holiday is guaranteed.

The villa has a large garden and is ideal for spending the summer in your own paradise.

There is also plenty of space for various games such as billiards, table football and table tennis.

Krinica is an ideal place for nature lovers, for mountain biking as well as for those who love long walks, relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

For an even richer choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent Medulin Riviera, as well as the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away.

Wunderschön!

Sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit einem riesigen Garten voller schöner Olivenbäume. Super Pool, tolles Poolhaus mit Billard und kicker. Insgesamt eine tolle Ausstattung und super liebevoll gepflegt! Wenn etwas ist, kommt sofort jemand und kümmert sich darum. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen urlaub! Da fällt uns nichts ein! Weiter so!

Die Gastgeber Jadranka und David waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung der Küche und der anderen Räume ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig, alles war sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Eine bequeme Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse wäre perfekt.

Heerlijk genoten van al het prachtige in en rond de villa.

Alle voorzieningen waren uitstekend, met als hoogtepunt het zwembad en het mooie buitenterrein. Het huis was volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie. Er zijn drie tweepersoonsslaapkamers, elk voorzien van airconditioning en een eigen badkamer. Daarnaast staan er in de woonkamers twee banken die kunnen worden uitgeklapt als slaapbank en een uitklapbare stoel. De bedden waren behoorlijk hard en de advertenties over het uitzicht op zee zijn wat overdreven. We hadden weliswaar een uitzicht op zee vanaf het balkon, maar de zee zelf lag nog op meer dan een half uur lopen naar beneden en ruim een uur terug omhoog. Hoewel dit voor ons niet van belang was, kan het voor mensen die specifiek voor het strand komen een tegenvaller zijn. Daarnaast moest je voor uitgebreidere boodschappen of andere faciliteiten altijd met de auto op pad. Er is een supermarktje in het dorp zelf maar deze heeft alleen het hoognodige en daar betaal je ook voor.
