The comfortable 107-square-meter Upstalsboom 5-bedroom holiday home, sinf38, is located in the North Sea resort of Friesland and accommodates 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful south-facing terrace right on the water and the covered balcony facing north towards the sea and the dike. This tastefully decorated home also features its own sauna and a fireplace.

The Location
This lovingly furnished holiday home spans three floors and is situated directly on the Graft, an idyllic waterway. The holiday complex’s spacious property borders the dike directly to the northeast. Just 200 m to the beach! Enjoy the seaside climate, feel the wind on your face, and start your North Sea day right from your front door. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping are within walking distance. The Hooksiel water ski lift offers plenty of variety. Our tip: Guided mudflat hikes make for an unforgettable holiday.

This cosy and bright non-smoking holiday home features free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV and a fireplace (firewood not included). Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer plenty of space to spend quality time with family or friends after a lovely day at the beach. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and one with two single beds. A cot and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.
Starting with breakfast, you can enjoy the idyllic waterfront location and the view of the greenery from the spacious, south-facing terrace. The terrace is accessible from the living area. A covered balcony facing the sea, with a view of the offshore dike, promises that authentic North Sea vibe. The balcony is located in the attic and is accessible from another living area on the gallery.
