In the centre of La Zenia (Orihuela Costa), in the holiday residence Oasis Beach 6, you will find this beautiful, newly furnished ground floor flat with a large communal pool. Nothing should be missing in the equipment and CLEANLINESS has the highest priority for us !!! Every guest receives a free welcome pack with delicious delicacies on arrival, so that the holiday can start relaxed. From there you have only 300m to the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard! Restaurants, banks, etc. are just a few minutes' walk away. The multi-award-winning golf courses such as Las Colinas, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are just a few minutes away by car. The nearby, fine sandy La Zenia beach can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. By car in less than 3 minutes. 5 other marvellous sandy beaches are really only a stone's throw away. Excellent stay

Excellent. Franz was a superb host and goes over and above expectations, he looked after us during our stay which makes a difference if you have any questions. Highly recommend this apartment, as described it was immaculately clean and very well presented. We loved our stay.

On arrival we were greeted by a fantastic, friendly gentleman names Franz who had also provided a welcome package which we all thought was excellent...Apartment is excellent, centralised location to shops, bars and restaurants beach is a 20 minute walk....

Fantastic property, highly recommended. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything that you would need. Franz was brilliant, both before and during our stay. We ended up arriving later than expected however Christopher was there to meet us, even though it was after midnight. Brilliant stay, we hope to go back!

Beautiful apartment, great location

Stayed for a couple of nights with my Wife while we searched the region for a location to buy a holiday home. The apartment is spotlessly clean. Everything is immaculate and it feels like new. Frans (our host) was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and he met us there at 9pm to check us in and explain how everything worked. The apartment is located just a couple of minutes walk away from the main shopping centre, which is packed full of all the shops you'd expect and a large selection of restaurants. It's also walking distance from La Zenia beach which is great. The apartment was very quiet at night as we went at the end of April, just as the season was about to start. The bed was comfortable and Frans even provided us with a welcome basket of Prosecco, Beer, bread, ham, cheese, butter, jam and fruit. It really is a fabulous place to stay and Frans is a perfect host, always willing to help with advice and so friendly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Great stay in a nice environment.

We were warmly welcomed by Franz and how nice that there was a welcome package ready.The apartment is in a beautiful location, close to the beach and a very large shopping center.The apartment is very clean and very fully furnished. It was very nice to stay there for 4 weeks.Franz is a great host who we could always ask questions and we had a very nice contact with him. We definitely want to come back!

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, bien aménagé, bien équipé et surtout bien situé. Mention spéciale à Franz, le meilleur hôte qu’on a dû croisé, ponctuel, très réactif et trop sympa. Je recommanderai cet appartement à des amis, et nous y retournerons sûrement un jour.

Goed verzorgd, schoon en ruim hoekappartement op een fijne lokatie met in de voortuin een heerlijk zwembad. Bij aankomst stond Franz al op ons te wachten en hij had een uitgebreid welkomstpakket voor ons klaar staan, heerlijk na een reisdag. De ligging is rustig en toch op loopafstand van La Zenia Shoppingmall, waar je veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes kunt vinden. De stranden in de buurt zijn op max 10 min autorijafstand. We hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Fantastisch verblijf

Geweldig appartement dat volledig gerenoveerd is. Alles is splinternieuw. Ontvangst door Frans is super, we kregen zelfs een welkomstpakket aangeboden om de eerste uren door te komen. Alles werd zeer netjes uitgelegd. Toen we ‘s avonds aankwamen brandden de lichten en was de verwarming opgezet. Kortom een echte aanrader! Perfect voor 4 pers
