Villa 'Edith' with sea view, shared pool and air conditioning

Villa Edith is located in Parghelia and boasts a wonderful sea view. The 150 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



The villa was completely renovated and furnished in 2022 with modern appliances and furniture throughout. Breakfast is not included.



This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with pool and outdoor shower. The property is beachfront and provides a parking space.



Small pets are allowed. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet, so we can best prepare for your stay. Smoking and parties are not permitted inside the house. Wi-Fi is available. The property follows guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; further information is provided on site. The villa is also equipped with energy-saving lighting.



As with many properties near the sea, ants may occasionally be present, especially during warmer months. We carry out regular pest control and recommend keeping food well sealed during your stay.

This place was beautiful and me and my family can’t wait to hopefully come back soon! Was a beach paradise with an amazing view in a peaceful neighborhood. Parking was a little rough but you could always pull the car up to the place to pick up members that can walk as far or drop off luggage. Plenty of space for hanging out inside and outside the home, and the two private chairs at the beach were amazing!
