Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, Smart TVs with streaming apps, dedicated workspaces, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked for home-cooked meals or longer stays. The layout gives groups room to spread out while still feeling connected.



Step outside to your private patio, a great spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or relaxing after a busy day. You’ll also have access to a nearby pickleball court for some friendly competition and outdoor fun. Pickleball equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. With easy access to Naperville, local dining, shopping, and major highways, this stay gives you both convenience and comfort in one welcoming space.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire townhouse, including all indoor living spaces, the private patio, in-unit laundry, and free parking. Multiple units are available under this listing, and while each one is thoughtfully furnished in a similar style, layouts and décor may vary slightly.



If you enjoy staying active, there’s also a public pickleball court just a short walk away. Paddles, balls, and a portable net can be provided upon request and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since the court is a shared outdoor public space, availability may vary and games are weather permitting.

Located in Warrenville near Naperville, this area offers a quieter suburban setting while still keeping you close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. You’ll have easy access to local dining spots, coffee shops, grocery stores, and major highways, making it convenient for both quick getaways and extended stays.



Some popular nearby dining options include Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery for casual American favorites and craft beer, A2B Indian Veg Restaurant for highly rated South Indian cuisine, and Twin Peaks for sports viewing and comfort food, all just minutes from the townhouse.

Free parking is included during your stay, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, you’ll also find nearby parks, walking trails, forest preserves, and pickleball courts just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

-A complimentary mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10 nights or longer and will be scheduled to help preserve the home’s cleanliness and comfort. For reservations of 21 nights or more, complimentary cleanings will occur every 14 days during the stay. All cleaning times will be coordinated with the guest beforehand.

-Maximum of 10 guests, including children

-No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. If smoking, please stay at least 30 feet away from the building.

-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or loud gatherings.

-Alcohol is allowed indoors only. Please keep patios, parking areas, and shared spaces clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine.

-No grilling or BBQs allowed on the property.

-Large trucks, trailers, or oversized vehicles may require alternative parking arrangements.

-A valid government-issued ID and a few additional booking details may be requested after booking to complete your reservation.

-Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet. Only dogs and cats are permitted. Pets should not be left unattended unless crated, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee does not cover damages or extra cleaning related to pet hair, odors, bedding, rugs, or furniture.

-For safety purposes, please keep all doors locked and supervise children at all times, especially around outdoor areas.





Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $75 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $650 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
