Enjoyed every minute! Great place!

This was a great place to stay! It was quite and peaceful, could hear the stream running. Angela was extremely helpful! Provided suggestions of what to do, restaurants to eat at etc. I would go back again!!!!

Nice place

Our stay was actually back in august but I hadn't got around to reviewing and remembered when we started looking for the next trip. Basically the house is nice but is about 100 steps down to the bottom of the owner's back garden. The accommodation is reasonable and the outside area is very pleasant. Some of the services are misadvertised. We weren't given the option to do our own washing which we needed to do with a small baby. At the end of the holiday we were given a large bill for this. We also received a fairly big bill for electricity, at least we thought so. There are two car parking spaces which you need to be careful when manoeuvring into due to the narrow road, but seem to be dedicated to the property. We used the wifi while there but this wasn't available in the property. We had to sit on the verandah of the owners house at the top of the 100 steps in order to get a signal. It wasn't possible to get any signal in the house, Some parts of the house have been well renovated, especially the extension, by local standards and there is a fair amount of privacy, however the owners insist on assisting with any barbecues you have in the built in barbecue due to the complicated nature of its operation. I would stay again, although our next visit will be closer to a town as this is near to a small village but for a similar price there are other properties with better local facilities.

Thank you very much for this feedback. Gives the opportunity to add some. The number of steps is 77 and there is transportation service from parking lot to the door of the gardenhouse by electric car. Electricity is expensive in Germany. That is a fact. You pay what you consumed (meter). This explains also the amount for using washing machine and the dryer. The behavior of consume is different, so to pay for what you use and consume seems to be fair. Since May 2014 the house has *** DTV and the fares includes "Königscard" .

Uns hat es bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten gut in diesem Ferienhaus gefallen.Die Ausstattung vom Haus war ok und alles da was man braucht.Die Terrasse und der parkähnliche Garten waren traumhaft.Kleiner Nachteil war das Erreichen der Ferienwohnung.Treppenweg 40m ist sehr steil, und 77 Stufen als Stepper zu bezeichnen vom Haupthaus zum Ferienhaus für Personen die eine Einschränkung haben eine Herausforderung.Leider war auch im ganzen Haus die WLAN-Verbindung schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden.Aber alles in allem eine schöne Zeit die wir hier verbringen durften.Die Hausleute waren auch sehr nett.

Séjour à 2 familles avec ados. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Angela la propriétaire. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la region. Également belles balades à pieds directement depuis la maison.

Schön war es

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und umsorgt. Haben tolle Ausflugstipps bekommen. Durch den eingegrenzten Garten und die Lage in einer Sackgasse konnten auch die kleineren Kinder frei herumlaufen. Und es war super ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Mobiliar müsste zum Teil dringend ausgewechselt werden. Garten ist hübsch, hat viele Bäume (Schatten und Insekten). Nette Vermieterin. Für Naturverbundene ohne hohe Ansprüche.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Angefangen mit dem sehr praktischen Gepäcktransport, über die super Ausstattung inkl. Waschtrockner, bis zu den praktischen Bädern, war alles perfekt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ferienwohnungen gibt es nicht nur eine Pfanne und einen Topf, sondern genug um auch bei Vollbesetzung alle versorgen zu können.

Ferienhaus einfach, aber toll.

Das Ferienhaus war für uns 7 - 8 Personen perfekt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass drei Doppelzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer haben. So kam man sich nicht in die Quere. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und schönes Grundstück rundherum. Der Grillplatz war für uns Naturliebhaber besonders schön. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und gab uns unzählige Tipps, was man in der herrlichen Gegend unternehmen kann. Der Ort an sich ist mit dem Lech wirklich sehr schön, viele Möglichkeiten gleich von der Haustür aus loszuwerden. Alles andere bis max. 1 Std. Fahrzeit erreichbar. Wir würden das Ferienobjekt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und es ist es für Leute, die Naturliebhaber sind, sehr zu empfehlen.

sehr ruhig, sehr nette Leute

Alles, wie erhofft, man muss aber schon eine paar steile Höhenmeter zurücklegen können, um das Haus zu erreichen. Sonst alles bestens, auf gar zu viel Arbeitsfläche in der Küche sollte man nicht hoffen, aber es gibt ja gute Kneipen in Bayern:-)

Toller Herbst im Allgäu

Wir haben zu zwei Familien in dem gemütlichen Gartenhaus gewohnt, uns sehr wohl und willkommen gegühlt und tolle Wanderungen im goldenen Herbst gemacht. Insgesamt eine absolut gelungene Woche. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus inmitten eines großen Gartens

Die Lage inmitten des großen Gartens, der bis zum Bach reicht, den man rauschen hört, hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine große freundliche Terasse und ein rustikaler Grillplatz laden zum Verweilen draußen ein. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt (wir hatten leider sehr viele Regentage) kann man es im Haus gut aushalten. Die Vermieterin hat das Haus komplett ausgestattet und sich viel Mühe gemacht, zu überlegen, was ihre Gäste brauchen könnten. In den netten Gesprächen mit ihr hat sie uns viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Königscard ist Spitze.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns ganz besonders gefallen

Der Urlaub im Allgäu war super schön auch durch die ganz besonders schöne Unterkunft die wir hatten. Die Ausstattung war für 6 Personen gut ausreichend, funktional und sauber. Die Zimmer mit den Betten sind zwar ein wenig klein, aber durch die Badezimmer und den schönen Aufenthaltsraum mehr als wett gemacht. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!
