The garden house is suited especially for families and small groups (e.g. hiking, seminars, body work...). A stairway (40 m) leads through the park-like garden to the idyllically located house. Surrounded by small, fenced pond, natural meadows, forest and stream flowing around, you can enjoy your 'Nature holiday'. In the fire grill you can make a fire and sit cosily in a big circle together. The south side patio with furniture is your 'garden room'. A small, but fine, new kitchen makes the heart of holiday cooks beat higher. In the eastern side there are two bedrooms with private shower/toilet, extra toilet, sep. kitchen, dining/living room with upholstered corner seat, hallway. The western side has 2 bedrooms with common shower/toilet, pinewood lounge with corner seat and small kitchen, hallway, fitted with wooden furniture in rustic style.
3 patios:
The garden house has a common south, west and north side patio with the option for table tennis.

Services:
From the parking area at the main house there is another paved, flat path that leads directly to the house, which can be used for
transport service with electric cart for your luggage and large shopping bags; not possible in snow and ice.
House guests can use the in-house laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron for a small fee
For your shoe care we have some utensils.
Pick up service for guests, who travel using public transport from railway station;Peiting East, Schongau, Marktoberdorf, Fuessen, Biessenhofen, Kaufbeuren.

Nature tours:
Your hostess, Angela Zellner would also gladly lead you in 1-3 hour hikes through the nearby surrounding with moors and lowland forest at Lech.

Families:
Go on a holiday with friends and enjoy holidays together. Hike, swim, play sports in the beautiful nature, visit Neu Schwanstein, Linderhof Castle... trip to the high mountains, across the Alpine pastures with 'bell cows', through romantic canyons... bounce stones at River Lech, visit 'Huidingerle' in Moor....
It is fun being together! Little ones and grown ups, young and old guests.
For the little guests there is swing, sand pit and games (bowling, badminton, softball) in the playground.
Whether you end the day with a cosy get-together around fire or barbecue area and share the day’s wonderful experiences or rest and relax, the different patios, seating areas, lawn, forest and garden offer the chance for almost all the needs of community, togetherness and sometimes loneliness.

Groups:
Bowlers, hikers, bikers club... Up to 13 pers. can stay with us in the garden house and garden apartment (Object 777193). Convenient location for exploring on foot, bicycle, motorbike or car, many worthwhile destinations in nature, as well as the famous tourist attractions in the surrounding make your time short.
Hikers can reach Praelatenweg, Lechhoehenweg, Jakobsweg in 5 min. from the house. Nature lovers find flora and fauna in Koenigsfilz and in the lowland forest at Lech in close proximity. 'Kenzen' nature reserve for mountain hikers and climbers is only 15 minutes drive away (parking space with Pendelbus).
Bicyclers can approach the 'steam round' in Lechbruck (1km), flock over dirt tracks to Wieskirche or even climb on Auerberg. Water rats love the 'panoramic swimming' in Lake Schmuttersee (6km), white water rafting on River Ammer or...a 'cosy ship ride' on Lake Forggensee with castle view. For lovers of warm salt water there is Koenig-Ludwig spa in Schwangau (17km).

Seminars:
For seminar providers with 7 - 10 participants our property is an economical alternative. Whether intensive courses for personal development, creative seminars or even conferences in a small group, you are welcome here. Universal presentation techniques are available and 2 seminar rooms can be transformed as per your requirements. For body work there are mats and 3 treatment beds.
The special place with nature aids new learning, makes your consciousness deeper and perception wider.

Oktoberfest in Munich!
The garden apartment is also a good start point for an Oktoberfest visit in Munich.
From the Peiting East railway station (19km) you can be amidst the meadows in 1 hr. 20 min.
